The cases of gonorrhan and primary syphilis may dismissed from consideration except for the actual present loss of service. The cases of consti. tutional Syphilis however have been exceptionally numerous, and who shall say where the sickness from this disease ~ shall end? Without further enlargement I may say that,

the loss to the service, now, in the future, seems to be in
calculable.
